Vacuum Leak Test of Plastic Bottles with cap and Containers  ASTM D5094 ASTM D3078 Vacuum Leak Testing DRY CHAMBER TEST 2 test methods are presented in this video about leak testing for plastic containers in a vacuum chamber. You can identify the source of the problem and find a solution, avoiding spoiled product, product recalls and costly down time trying to identify the source of a package failure. Both test methods can be performed in our CDV - VACUUM CHAMBER clear acrylic tank for packaging leak detection. Method 1: ASTM D5094 Testing Standard is performed in a DRY TANK The operation of a dry chamber test is the same as all other tests performed by our package leak detectors, however the failure point of a package is not identified by an air bubble in the water bath, but rather the presence of a liquid leak within the dry tank.
