Our Machinery

CNC Punching and Bending Facilities -

  • Meditech uses CNC punching machine for high production volume jobs. More than 1000 freezer bodies are punched in a single 8 hours shift with tolerance of 0.01 mm. With the help of AMADA machine, the manufacturing time is reduced and high precision machines are produced.

Manufacturing Facilities

  • CNC bending is done to give degrees to corner.This helps in improving the maintenance and cleanliness of machines. CNC bending is directly carried out after punching process and before welding.

Manufacturing Unit

Seven stage Metal treatment and Powder coating -

  • Panels are fabricated complete prior to going through 7 stage zinc phosphate metal treatment process which ensures that the entire product and all welded joints are treated. 7 stage treatment ensures long life of the cabinet. Thereafter the fabrication goes to epoxy powder coating plant for powder coating.

Our organization has a modern research & development unit, in order to manufacture a range of Blood Bank equipment, which is technologically advanced and qualitative. The R & D experts of our team conduct several researches & market surveys, so as to keep ourselves abreast with current market trends.

Research & Development Activities

Electronic Assembly Faclities -

Meditech has experienced electrical and electronics engineer to meet its electronic and controller demand. Majority of controllers and PLCs are developed in house according to customer requirements and specifications. We develop Double sided PCBs in a short period of time less than 5 days. Meditech has also developed touch screen and SCADA controlled freezers and we have technology upto -86 degree C.

Arc and MIG welding Faclities -

  • Meditech is well equipped with Inverter based MIG, TIG and Arc welding imported machines. These machines are highly efficient and provides 24 hours duty life. 90% electricity is saved from traditional machines. Good finishing and high quality material is also obtained.

Customization Facilities

Refrigeration and Gas Charging Faclities -

  • Refrigeration and gas charging is carried out by well trained professionals. Nitrogen flushing is done to remove moisture from the system. leak tests are carried to check leakage in the system. After charging of refrigerant, gas detection torch is used for refrigerant leakage detection. Meditech uses Eco-friendly refrigerant for all the freezers.

Packaging and Delivery

Inspection -

  • Inspection is carried out after each process of manufacturing. Go, No-Go gauges are implemented for rejection of the part. The finished material does not move to other stage unless it is tested and qualified in the previous stages.
  • Meditech has implemented Poke-Yoke system for continues improvements and increase productivity. JIT helps Meditech in less storage of material from its vendors. As the material comes Just IN Time, when it is required.

Storing and Dispatch -

  • After careful inspection, the material is sent to dispatch area. material is packed in cartons or wooden boxes according to requirements and then it is sent for shipping.
